Shipping and Returns

Shipping.

We endeavour to get your orders to you as quickly as possible, within 1 business day of placing your order.

Shipping can be delayed with Covid-19 restrictions which is out of our control.

It is the customers responsibility to check they have correctly imputed their name, delivery address and email address as your order will be sent with the details you have provided to us.

Once your order is placed it may not be possible to change it - please email info@beautelab.com.au straight away and we will see what we can do. 

If that email for changes is missed and your order is already packed and sent it is not possible to change it.  The customer will be responsible for paying any extra shipping charges to swap over products or to add to the order.

 

Australian orders are shipped with Australia Post with either Standard ($10 7+ days) or Express Australia Post ($15 2-4 days) depending on which option you choose. Express Shipping is free on all orders over $200.

Tracking will be sent to you and your order can be tracked at: Australia Post Tracking.

International orders are sent with DHL Express with capped shipping at $40 and free for orders over $300.

Tracking will be sent to your registered email address and tracking is available at: DHL Tracking.

Refunds.

Damaged items | What to do?

Please inspect your orders outer packages for damage, if damaged please take photos and email them to us within 7 days at info@beautelab.com.au with your order number.

If items are broken in your order in transit please take a photo of them and email them to us within 7 days at info@beautelab.com.au with your order number.

Damages after 7 days are not claimable.

Standard Refund Terms.

If you change your mind on a product unfortunately we can not offer refunds or store credit.

If your order has turned up and you realise you have ordered the wrong product please contact us on the day of delivery so we can arrange a swap. As long as the items are not used and are returned in the same condition as they were sent, items will be inspected in house, you will be emailed with your credit note if your items are deemed unused.  You will be responsible return shipping to us and shipping on your return order.

If your item is faulty please contact us within 7 days with photos and order number for quick processing.  You will need to send back the item for assessment.  If deemed faulty you will be offered a refund, store credit or completely free replacement of your choice.
